House rules

Quiet hours: this is a residential building where most of the units are occupied by young Portuguese families. They go to work early and their children also go to school early in the morning. We ask that you minimize the noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Shoes off in the house: please take shoes off inside the house.

The apartment lived up to its description and photos. We found the apartment to be fully equipped and very clean, and we settled in immediately. The location is both central and slightly outside the heavy tourist areas. We enjoyed our time at Hailey's

Hailey and her team were perfectly friendly and professional throughout our stay and the leading up to it. They provided us with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay—even proactively setting up a high hair after we’d asked to use their pack-and-play. The place itself is gorgeous and well equipped. Any hiccups we experienced while in Porto (completely outside of their control) were navigated with respect and timeliness. I would recommend this place to anyone and have specifically recommended it to several of my friends planning trips to Porto with their little ones.
