Welcome! This apartment with an elevator is flooded with natural light and overlooks the outdoor patio on a high floor with a city skyline view. Steps away from the bustling center of Porto, this apartment faces the courtyard, so it's quiet and peaceful (with blackout electric shutters and privacy curtains). The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. We have a office area set up with fast internet as well for your remote working needs.

Good to know

We are an Austin, Texas based American family with a toddler boy. This is one of our family vacation homes - and our family personally use the home when we are in Porto. Our apartment is located on a floor where rest of the neighbors are young Portuguese families. We respectfully ask that you keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10PM-8AM.

There is AC/Heating & electric blackout shutters in every room. Internet connection on a phone is required to open the smart lock doors.

We loved our stay at Hailey's apartment and felt at home right away. Everything was clean and comfortable and I don't think I've ever dealt with a more professional and thorough host - there were really clear and helpful instructions for everything, and Hailey was in touch throughout the process to check that everything was going well. The apt was very quiet (no outside or neighbor noise at all) and easy to keep cool (barely needed the AC on some days). The location is just outside the busier and more hectic areas, so it was easy to walk right into the center of things or to get a taxi from the apt around town, without having to deal with the traffic that was clogging up the busier tourist areas. There's also a huge supermarket just around the block, so you really couldn't ask for something more convenient. On a minor note, I also adored the window seat by the balcony, and it was really nice to have that outdoor balcony area to have breakfast on!

This place was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The place was impeccable and host was super helpful and responsive. Place was so comfortable and well situated. We have only positive things to say about this apt and Hailey.

This is a hidden gem in Porto. So easy to stay here long term. We stayed for over a month and it was easy to work and live here. Its location is perfect as it’s close to everything but very quiet. The AC and blackout curtains also ensure you’re comfortable at all times. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Nice cosy and functional apartment within walking distance to the metro, pedestrian shopping street and some key attractions. Hailey reached out proactively all along and offered to make up for some minor issues. Really appreciate it. Book this place. You would love it.

This property was clearly remodeled and it stands out compared to other properties in Portugal. During my 8 day vacation I stayed in 4 different properties in the same country and this was the best one. The communication with the host was great, she usually responds very quickly. Property was clean and very close to some attractions of Porto. I would certainly recommend it and would return to it if I have the chance.

Great place! Clean, and well equipped for longer stays. The host Hailey was very responsive and hospitable. We had an issue with the washing machine when we arrived, and she had the machine fully replaced in two days and offered to cover any laundry service in the mean time. Fully recommend 👏

Impeccable heat insulation, you will appreciate it on cold windy days. It is a renovated building just a few minutes walk from the Metro, a couple of streets away from the busy Rua de Santa Catarina, thus convenient stores, restaurants and historical sights are near by. The flat has everything you might need to stay with a family of four. Very recommended.
